CBU Design Mentorship Program
Leading Sidekick, the Graphic Design department's mentorship program at California Baptist University, for two years while being a member for four years. I work directly under Dirk Dallas, Dean of the College of Architecture, Visual Arts, and Design, and collaborate closely with my program partner, Braelyn Prosser, to manage and oversee all aspects of the program’s success.

MY ROLE
Organize monthly events to build community and create opportunities for mentors and mentees to connect. 
Paired underclassmen with upperclassmen based on individual needs for personalized mentorship. 
Manage communications through monthly emails and social media to drive engagement and create all promotional graphics & content.

EXTRA-ROLE WORK
Integrated CBU Design alumni into the program, enhancing the CBU Design network and supporting students' personal and professional growth.
Created a brand identity for sidekick program to grow engagement and presence and understanding for CBU design students.

Sidekick Brand Identity Style Guide
DESIGN BEHIND THE LOGO
The SIDEKICK logo and brand identity were intentionally designed to feel fun, friendly, and approachable. The logo mark within the letter 'D' incorporates the CBU Design program's logo, while the color palette is inspired by the primary colors of the CBU Design program.
